ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE VEGAN AND AS SUCH LACTOSE FREE. ALL OUR FOODS ARE PALM FREE.
When receiving your order, if you verify unconformity/ies in the parcel(s) you should mention it/them in the Proof of Delivery paper from the shipment/delivery company received at the time of delivery (e.g. "Subject to verification because of damaged box", "Accepted with reserve because of damage"). Not mentioning an unconformity may make it infeasible any request for return.
If you'd like to return a product we must be notified of that intention in writing or email within 3 days of receiving it and shown proof of return shipping within 15 days. The return cost will be the customer's responsibility. We reserve the right to make a deduction from refunding the full purchase if upon examination we believe the returned good exhibits unjustified use of the content or damage/wear of the package.
If the parcel is returned to us because of our fault in misspelling or mistaking the address we'll assume responsibility and we'll send it again or issue a refund.
If the parcel is returned to us for a reason that is not of our fault, for instance but not limited to a case where the courier hasn't able to reach the customer or because the customer didn't pick up the parcel upon receiving a notice, we can send it again after receiving payment for another shipping, or we can refund the total the customer paid minus the shipping we've paid for the shipping service, which might not coincide with the shipping cost the customer paid us. It also applies to cases where the customer benefitted from free shipping.
