Valeriana officinalis extr. * (0.05-0.1% valerenic acids) 500mg, Passiflora incarnata extr. * (>3.5% flavonoids) 400mg, Eschscholzia californica extr. * (5/1) 300mg. *organic

Usage:
Take 1 to 2 tablets a day, in the evening ½ to 1 hour before bedtime with a little water or tea.

Warnings:
It must not be used during pregnancy and lactation.
Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
Store in a cool place (max. 25ºC), dry and protected from light.
