Ume plum vinegar or ume su as it's known in Japan, its original country, is obtained from brine used in the production of the popular umeboshi plum. The result is a delicious and versatile condiment with purplish pink colour maintaining all the flavour and beneficial effects of the ume plum.

How to use:
Use as a dressing in salads, vegetables or in sauces and mayos. When using plum vinegar it is recommended the reduction or even suppression of salt.
