Without phosphates. Tartar crystallizes naturally during the fermentation of grape juice (in wine bottles). This baking powder makes dough fluffy without using phosphates and is perfect for preparing soft cakes, pastries, buns, biscuits, cookies, waffles or for decreasing the cooking time of legumes.
