ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE VEGAN AND AS SUCH LACTOSE FREE. ALL OUR FOODS ARE PALM FREE.
This herbal protein blend is a healthy and easily digestible source of protein. It is an ideal alternative to whey and animal proteins used to increase muscle mass in athletes and body builders, as well as an excellent source of protein for vegetarians and vegans, or people who need to replace animal protein with vegetable protein complete. It is an all-natural source that is free of gluten, lactose, GMOs and allergens like soy and milk, and is very rich in essential nutrients.
To make this blend tastier, we've also added a little banana powder to it, making our blend a tasty and healthy protein alternative that boosts your energy and supports your performance.
This mix can be added to energy drinks or vitamins or yogurt; sprinkled over a variety of foods, fruits or vegetables and even used as a cooking ingredient or added to cereal bars for an extra source of healthy protein.
To make this mixture we used three different proteins of plant origin; Hemp Protein, Rice Protein and Pea Protein.
Vegetable proteins are easily absorbed by the body and are a perfect complement to any diet, especially for those people who mainly eat raw, vegan or vegetarian food. It is also an excellent daily supplement for active people, sportsmen and children.
Our blend is made up of an equal amount of Rice Protein and Pea Protein and double that dose with Hemp Protein. Rice and Pea Protein are a perfect match in relation to your specific amino acid (protein) profile and having an equal amount mix will create a more balanced and complete protein powder. Rice Protein has a high amount of amino acids, Cysteine and Methionine, but is low in Lysine. Pea Protein, on the other hand, is low in Cysteine and Methionine, but high in Lysine. This combination offers a superior amino acid profile that is comparable to milk or egg proteins, but without the possibility of allergies or intestinal problems that some users have with these milk or egg based proteins. In addition, the light and mild flavor of Pea Protein tends to soften the strong flavor of Rice Protein.
Hemp Protein contains 18 different amino acids and is therefore considered to be practically a complete Protein on its own.
Hemp Protein is produced by mechanically grinding hemp seed cake (Hemp Seeds without the oil). Hemp Protein is a source of Arginine and Lysine, which play an essential role in stimulating the release of hormones that promote muscle formation. Raw Hemp Protein has live enzymes that help digest food, increase energy, support the immune system and help the body function at its best. Hemp Protein also has antioxidants, Vitamin A and C and also Chlorophyll. Hemp Protein is cholesterol free and has 0% THC.
Protein Veg Mix has several amino acids ideal for sports:
• Lysine, for balanced nitrogen levels in muscles.
• Arginine promotes muscle metabolism and a healthy heart.
• Glutamine helps restore nitrogen balance after a heavy workout.
• Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine (the branched chain amino acids) help maintain tissues during exercise.
Why is this protein powder different from others?
Most commercial protein powders are not beneficial to the body, particularly the ones we see promoted in most gyms. These protein sources are synthetic and highly processed and can do more harm than good. When we consume something that is heavily processed, our body actually won't recognize it as food and will get confused, looking for all the nutrients it lacks and may start sucking them out of its own stores (usually the bones). Being highly processed, the body also has a harder time absorbing them. Many protein powders are made from whey protein (a milk isolate), which is acidic in the body, or from processed soy, which comes with a host of other health problems. These type of processed Protein powders also often contain artificial sweeteners and colorings and even heavy metals that are toxic to your body.

Usage:
One of the simplest ways to consume Protein Veg Mix is in smoothies or juices. Protein Veg Mix Powder makes excellent shakes, mixed with fruit or yogurt. It also mixes well in soups that are already cooked when they are already warm and vegetable pates. We recommend, for example, mixing it with rice, almond or oat milk to get a quick drink full of energy and protein. Just put a liquid of your choice in a mixer, add about 1 tablespoon of the Vegetable Protein Mix and shake until dissolved. You can also make a protein shake, mixing it with some fruits, super foods and a liquid of your choice.
