Using this flour it's very fast to make seitan with the condiments and shape you want.
All you have to do is to mix a liquid like water, vegetable drink or olive oil and condiments like salt water, herbs, powders, garlic and soy sauce. Feel free to add anything you'd like and to the consistency you'd like.
