Powerful pulmonary, hepatic and urinary antiseptic.
It is a decongestant and expectorant, widely used in inhalations to combat pulmonary and urinary infections.
Great oil for sauna and for deodorizing environments.
Only ingredient.
Usage:
When using an essential oil for the first time it is advisable to do a test to see if it causes an allergic reaction: mix a drop of the oil you are going to use on a coffee spoon of sweet almond oil and rub it on the elbow. If the skin reddens within 24 hours, it means that you are sensitive to the product and you should not use it.
MASSAGES - To formulate a sufficient portion for a massage, add 2 to 3 drops of essential oil for each tablespoon of vegetable oil base.
COMPRESSES - Place 5 to 10 drops of essential oil in a container with warm water; soak a towel in this mixture and apply on the affected area. Repeat to keep the area always covered and warm.
BATHS - Add 4 to 8 drops of essential oil in a bath of warm water. In case of sensitive skin, dilute the essences in a teaspoon of vegetable oil. Use 3 to 5 drops in a foot bath or immersion bath.
INHALATIONS - Add 5 to 6 drops of essential oil in a container with boiling water. Place a towel over the head and the container and inhale the steam for a few minutes. Another alternative is to put 3 to 4 drops on a tissue and smell it quickly.
AROMATIZATION - Add a few drops of essential oil to a sprinkler with water. In candle flavorings, place a tablespoon of warm water with a few drops of oil. To maintain the water level, top up with warm water.
Warnings:
Never use essential oil in its pure form. In order not to irritate the skin, they should always be mixed with an oily base, such as sweet almond oil. Use a small amount of any oil in any type of treatment.
If you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy, do not use the oils without the advice of a qualified aromatherapist.
Essential oils are flammable, are for external use and should not be ingested.
Always close the bottle caps tightly (as the oils evaporate) and store in a cool place, preserving them from direct sunlight, other light sources and radiators.
Keep essential oils out of the reach of children, as well as pets.
Essential oils are highly concentrated substances that must be handled with great responsibility. The same oil should not be used for more than three weeks. If necessary, there should be a week until a new application in order to increase the effectiveness of the treatment. The careful use of these substances is imperative, always opting for an excess of zeal and never the opposite.
