Applying the oil in massage relieves muscle stiffness.

Composition:
100% organic myrtle essential oil (Myrtus communis).
Naturally contains: geraniol

Usage:
Orally: 2 x a day, 1 to 2 drops, to be diluted in an infusion or vegetable oil.
Via skin: massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or depending on the size of the room.

Composition for 4 drops:
Myrtle: 182 mg
