Physalis Milk Thistle strong contains 500 mg of milk thistle extract, standardised in 80% silymarin.
Milk thistle, which supports the liver's purification and detoxification function, is particularly suitable to accompany a purification cure. Milk thistle contributes to the protection of cells (liver) and promotes a good metabolism of sugars.
To stimulate the purification of the organism: choose a balanced diet, reduce the intake of fatty and carbohydrate-rich foods as much as possible, avoid alcoholic beverages and coffee. Drink 2 litters of water a day.
