FRESH VEGETABLES (LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY)

DELIVERY LOCATION
Fresh fruits and vegetables are only for collection in store or local delivery in the municipalities of Tábua, Arganil, Oliveira do Hospital, Carregal do Sal and Santa Comba Dão.
All boxes will be brought only as far as a low car can easily reach and a maximum of 10 meters on foot from there.

DATES
We deliver fruits and vegetables on the day they are picked from the supplier, which means that at least leafy vegetables are delivered on the day they are picked from the ground.
Only on the day of delivery do we know which products are not available, therefore it is not possible for you to cancel a delivery due to the fact that one or more products in this category are not available.
To reduce overpayments and refunds, we recommend ordering fresh fruit and vegetables by Tuesday 8pm for delivery the following Wednesday, provided we have proof of payment by Tuesday. If payment is made by IBAN, only emails sent directly from the bank are proof of payment.

MIXED ORDER
In the case of an order that includes fresh fruit and/or vegetables but also other products, you will decide up until the Sunday before delivery whether you want to receive the fruit and/or vegetables on that Monday without all the other products ordered or if you prefer to wait. If you do not respond, we will wait if we believe we can receive the missing products in less than a month. In either case, fresh products will have the same freshness regardless of the week of delivery.
