Physalis Transit+ is a complex of plants based on artichoke, senna, black alder, rhubarb, fennel and cascara.
Cascara and senna help maintain intestinal regularity and artichoke, fennel and contribute to a comfortable digestion.
Rhubarb and alder support the proper functioning of the intestines.
A diet rich in fiber (whole cereals, fresh fruits, raw foods,…), exercising and drinking plenty of fluids are the right attitudes to naturally encourage bowel movements.

Composition per 2 tablets:
Cynara scolymus extr. (2.5% cinarin) 475mg, Cassia angustifolia 166.5mg, Rhamnus frangula 119mg, Foeniculum vulgare 119mg, Rheum palmatum 47.5mg, Rhamnus purshiana 24mg.

Usage:
Take 1 to 2 tablets a day, in the evening with a large glass of water.

Warnings:
Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.
Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
Long-term use should not be carried out without expert advice.
Store in a cool place (max. 25ºC), dry and protected from light.
