May be necessary 40L of sap to produce 3.8L of syrup. This bottle contains about 16 portions of 60ml and comes with cayenne pepper powder.
This organic maple (Acer sp.) syrup is grade C, the thicker and most nutrient rich concentration.
The North American indians were the first to recognise the sap as a food. It was them that developed the art of extraction.
The syrup is obtained from evaporação da água. Free from artificial additives and preservatives.

Usage:
May be used to sweeten, to flavor or to prepare a delicious syrup drink.
Mix 60ml of syrup, 60ml of natural lemon juice and a hint (a quarter of a coffee spoon) of cayenne pepper powder and add mineral water up to the final volume of 1.5L.
