Saw Palmetto is a yellow berry from a genus of palm tree that has toothed green leaves and white flowers.

Warnings:

Saw Palmetto may interact with medications such as aspirin, warfarin, ibuprofen, blood thinners and hormone replacement therapy.

Usage:
For best results add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoons to your breakfast cereal, fresh juice, yogurt, smoothies or simply dissolved in half a glass of water.
Recommended Maximum Daily Dosage: 0.75g (1/4 teaspoon) to 1.5g (1/2 teaspoons).

Example for a recipe with Saw Palmetto powder – prostate tonic:
Mix 1/2 teaspoon of Saw Palmetto powder with 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric mix with black pepper powder in a glass of water and, if possible, accompany it with 1 coffeespoon of coconut oil. Coconut oil will support greater absorption of turmeric and Saw Palmetto properties.
