Usage:

You can add about 3g (1 teaspoon) to 10g (1 tablespoons) of Mix Superfoods mixed in 300ml to 400ml of water or another drink of your choice.
Recommended maximum daily dosage: 3g (1 teaspoon) to 20g (2 tablespoons)
